Humanely raised is important to me too ~ I should find a local butcher.<BR/><BR/>Katie, you inspired me in another way, though it doesn't have to do with the environment. :o) I saw your pink text and wondered what I could do for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I was lucky enough to run across a fellow crochet fan who makes hats for women and children going through chemotherapy.
